Clare McMahon appreciates how daunting it is to realize that you need help with your family. In so doing, she draws upon her experience and expertise to guide families toward long-term solutions and lasting peace.
Clare is experienced in all types of child-related issues and in the financial issues of married and unmarried families. Not only is Clare licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin, she is a certified mediator, a parenting coordinator, is approved as a Financial and Custody Divorce Mediator in Cook County and is regularly appointed as a Guardian ad Litem or Child’s Representative in the Domestic Relations Division of Cook County, Illinois.
Clare was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. She graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington with a degree in philosophy. Clare earned her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law, in Chicago, IL in 2009. Clare was admitted to the Illinois Bar in October of 2009 and is admitted to the Bankruptcy Bar of the U.S. Northern District of Illinois. Clare was also admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 2016.
