Caitlyn Dever

Caitlyn recognizes the emotional weight that divorce and child custody matters carry, and she values providing her clients with the ability to move forward in these new chapters of their lives with confidence. Known for her personable and level-headed nature, Caitlyn prides herself on building strong connections with her clients through empathy and compassion, while also maintaining a clear focus on achieving practical, favorable solutions. Caitlyn also prioritizes honesty and straightforward communication. She believes that the best way for her clients’ needs to be met is by providing candid advice throughout their journey. Whether it be in negotiations or in the courtroom, Caitlyn ensures her clients feel heard and empowered throughout the process.

Caitlyn focuses her practice on property division, allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and various other pre- and post-decree matters.

Caitlyn received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, where she double majored in Political Science and Legal Studies. She continued her legal education at Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2024. During law school, Caitlyn clerked with Reed, Centracchio & Associates, LLC for two years prior to receiving her license to practice, gaining invaluable experience, honing her litigation skills, and further developing her passion for family law.

Outside of her legal practice, Caitlyn is an animal lover, amateur astronomy enthusiast, and a self-proclaimed karaoke aficionado.
